What I heard on the call, and what it costs.

Harvey for small businesses.
Uber for lawyers.
Both are somebody else's.

You said it in ten seconds on the call. The problem is that both names are borrowed: a lawyer who hears "Harvey for small businesses" goes and looks at Harvey. That is what the ninety days is for.

1 line 12 videos 90 days $12,000 a month +$30,000 the film
legalyti.ai"Launch and operate your AI-native law firm."
manifestos.com / for lawyers"Launch and Scale Your Law Firm."

Both read September 11.

The gap

Manifest got there first.
Their lawyers work under Manifest's name.

In April, Manifest OS raised $60M on "the World's First AI-Native Law Firm Model." The phrase is theirs now.

manifestos.com / for lawyers, read September 11

Lawyers "exclusively operate under The Manifest Law umbrella."

A lawyer who signs with Manifest practices under Manifest's name. Their terms say so in writing. Yours do not have to.

We read the buyer pages on both sites. Outside visas, neither one speaks to an HR lead with a legal problem and no lawyer to call.

Proof

Adaptive was one line, and everything after it was cut from that.

Sound on.

Introducing Adaptive. The launch film. 2,500 signups, and 1.2 million views on the way there.

Adapts to You. The product film.

Adaptive Pay. Twenty-two words, thirty-nine seconds.

Triggered Agents. The ad.

Athena, Mem AI and Fountain on request.

The offer

A position the market can repeat,
and twelve videos that prove it.

We do all of it: written, made, cut, and delivered ready to post.
You approve, and you post.

What you have at the end.

  1. A position a stranger can repeat. Today your page and Manifest's say the same thing.
  2. The lawyer side gets written for the rejected. Manifest says 2,000 applied and under 1% got in.
  3. One lawyer covers it. Tell me what one lawyer on Legalyti is worth over a year. If it clears $36,000, the quarter is one signup.

The three months

Month one · October

The position

Your position, locked, and the message for both sides. Then the first four videos cut from it. The film lands here, if you take it.

Month two · November

The difference, shown

Four more: product films on a real matter, and three named lawyers on their own firms.

Month three · December

The repeat

Four more, cut from whatever earned replies, plus the founder posts that carry them. Then the read.

The system · three months
$12,000 a month

A clear position, and the videos
that show the difference.

Your part is a call a week.

  • 01Your position on one page: what Legalyti is, who it is for, and how it differs from Manifest. Locked October 2
  • 02One page: what you say to lawyers, what you say to buyers, and the proof under each
  • 03One video a week, twelve in ninety days. Each one shows a difference, not a feature
  • 04The post that carries each video, and the account it goes out from
  • 05The ten thousand we are aiming at, named and split into lawyers and buyers, plus a read every month

$12,000 a month, invoiced at the start of each month. Three months, and you can stop after month one: the position and the first four videos are yours either way. Your counsel clears every asset before it posts, built into the week. Holds through September 30.

The film
$30,000

The film that states
the position.

Script, shoot, edit, sound, and every export, from us.

  • 01The manifesto, written from your position, then filmed
  • 02One shoot day in San Francisco with the founder. Travel, crew, gear, motion included
  • 03The 90-second film, with :45 and :15 for LinkedIn
  • 04The footage and the lines feed the twelve

The number I quoted on the call. Booked at the lock, not before, so we are not filming a line you have not signed off.

Sep 21 we sit down. Oct 2 the line is locked, and after that it is Fridays for the week's video and a read at month end.

At kickoff

What I need from you.

Six things. We do everything else.

  • 01
45 minutes with you and the founder, Monday Sep 21
  • 02
What you say today: the deck, the demo script, the emails that closed
  • 03
Three lawyers on the platform who would be named
  • 04
Product access, or two hours recording with us
  • 05
Admin on the LinkedIn page, and the founder's yes
  • 06
    Notes inside 48 hours
A desk at night, lamp on, papers squared off
Open

What I'd ask on the call.

  • Whose name is on the door when a lawyer launches on Legalyti?
  • What is the first matter an HR lead brings you, and where do they land?
  • Who is the face: you, the founder, or the lawyers?

Kickoff the 21st.

Say yes by Wednesday and we are in a room Monday. The line is locked October 2.
